CSI: Miami is based on the Showtime television series of the same name. This is the third installment of the CSI franchise, which includes Crime Scene Investigation and Dark Motives, both inspired by the original series that takes place in Las Vegas.

The series of games shows the routine of detectives from the criminal investigation division. The title follows the same pattern as the previous games and series: each episode you work in partnership with a different character, solving crimes, gathering evidence and interrogating suspects.

The author Max Allan Collins, who gave the show its unique style with dialogues, also subscribes to the game credits, writing five stories in the best style CSI: Miami. Each of the episodes entremeia with others, creating a surprising conclusion.

The game takes you to the PC all the atmosphere of the show, what makes this title a good thing for the fans.
